abdullaameen.com sells one-time digital training programs (PDF downloads). Payment is processed by Razorpay; a single-use download link valid for 48 hours is emailed to the address provided at checkout.
2. Not medical advice
All programs and any AI-generated or written fitness content are informational only and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any training or nutrition program, especially if you have injuries or health conditions. You train at your own risk.
3. Refunds
Digital products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once the download link has been used, except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
Download links are personal and single-use. Redistribution or resale of program files is not permitted.
