compliance needs a real legal review before launch, especially once the coaching
app collects health/injury data.
1. What we collect
- Purchases: the email address and phone number Razorpay passes with your payment — used only to deliver your download link.
- Questions: the text you submit through the question form, a hashed (non-reversible) form of your IP address for rate-limiting, and a coarse device label.
- No tracking: this site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
2. How it's used
Purchase emails are used solely to send your product. Questions may be answered publicly in video content — never with your name or contact details attached.
3. Who processes it
Razorpay (payments), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Upstash (rate-limiting), and Notion (question storage). Each receives only what it needs for its function.
4. Your rights (DPDP Act)
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Submit a request through the question form on the home page mentioning "data request" — it will be honoured within 30 days.
5. Consent
By purchasing or submitting a question you consent to the processing described above. Consent can be withdrawn by requesting deletion.
